Data Deletion Instructions

Use this process to request deletion of a FlowDesk account, client portal profile, WhatsApp-related data or other personal information.

1. Submit a deletion request

  1. Email hello@agnihotriamit.com with the subject FlowDesk Data Deletion Request.
  2. Include your registered email address, name, agency/workspace name and whether you are an agency user or client portal user.
  3. State the requested scope: account deletion, WhatsApp data, a specific client record, or all eligible personal data.
For your security: never send your password, one-time code, access token, card details or API secret with the request.

2. Verification and processing

We will acknowledge the request and may ask for limited additional information to verify identity, authority and the relevant workspace. Requests involving agency-controlled client data may be referred to that agency’s authorised owner.

After verification, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex or legally restricted, we will explain the status and expected timeline.

3. What will be deleted

Depending on the verified request and your role, deletion may include the user or portal account, profile and contact information, WhatsApp consent and message-delivery metadata, sessions, uploaded files and associated operational records that are not required to be retained.

Deleting an entire agency workspace requires confirmation from an authorised workspace owner or platform administrator because it affects other users and business records.

4. Information we may retain

Some information may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or other legal obligations. Data may also remain in protected backups until the normal backup rotation completes. Retained information is restricted to the applicable purpose and is not used for optional marketing.

5. WhatsApp opt-out

To stop future automated WhatsApp messages without deleting your account, reply STOP to the business sender or contact the relevant agency. FlowDesk records the opt-out and prevents further queued WhatsApp messages for that consent.

6. Confirmation
